Wonderfruit 2026: The Bangkok Guide

Wonderfruit 2026: The Bangkok Guide
Marcel Dettmann, Gerd Janson, JakoJako, DJ Python and Tangerine Dream in the fields outside Pattaya. Dates, passes, lineup, how to get there from Bangkok and what to bring.

Wonderfruit is Thailand’s most loved independent festival: five days of music, art, food, talks and wellness in The Fields at Siam Country Club, near Pattaya. People call it Asia’s answer to Burning Man, and it draws over 25,000 people a day.
This year it moves a week earlier than usual, Thursday 3 to Monday 7 December 2026, just before Tomorrowland arrives in the same area. For clubbers, the lineup is one of the best in Asia.
The lineup for clubbers
Techno
Marcel Dettmann, one of the defining Berghain residents and a pillar of Berlin techno. JakoJako, known for hypnotic, modular-driven techno. Orphx for dark, industrial-leaning sets.
House and deep cuts
Gerd Janson, the Running Back boss and one of the most fun house DJs in the world. Jane Fitz and Nicolas Lutz, two diggers who play records nobody else has. DJ Deep, a Paris house veteran.
Leftfield
DJ Python, the king of “deep reggaeton”. CHIDA, Sweely, DJ Masda and Howie Lee round out the late-night side.
Live
Electronic pioneers Tangerine Dream, jazz saxophonist Nubya Garcia, Thai favourite Phum Viphurit, Eli Keszler, and The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, a must-see for Thai molam.
Look out for The Quarry and Baan Bardo stages, where many of the DJs above are booked. More names will be announced.

If you’re there for Marcel Dettmann or JakoJako
Techno in Bangkok lives in Silom. Mustache Bangkok runs proper techno nights on a VOID Acoustics system, every Friday and Saturday.
If you’re there for Gerd Janson
House and tech house nights at Mustache bring that same groove-first energy, with international guests through the year.
If you want it harder
Subwerk, in the same building as Mustache, plays hard techno on Fridays.
Getting there from Bangkok
The Fields are inland from Pattaya, off Route 36 towards Rayong, around 22 to 27 km from central Pattaya. From Bangkok, take a bus, van or private transfer to Pattaya (about 2 hours), then a short ride to the site. Thursday afternoon is the busiest time on the road, so leave early.
Wonderfruit usually runs shuttles from its partner hotels in Pattaya and Na Jomtien. Check the official site in November for the 2026 shuttle pass and parking details.
Where to stay
- Camping on site: the classic Wonderfruit way. General camping means bringing your own tent, with shared showers and toilets. There are also boutique tents and cabins. All are booked separately from your pass.
- Na Jomtien and Pattaya: hotels with a real bed and a shuttle or short taxi to the site.
- Bangkok: too far to commute daily, but perfect before and after.
What to bring
- A refillable cup and bottle. Single-use plastic is banned and water refills are free.
- Closed-toe shoes for the fields.
- A power bank. Phone signal is patchy and there’s no public WiFi.
- A light layer for the night.
- Leave outside food and drinks at home, they’re taken at the gate.
Your Bangkok weekend
Wonderfruit starts on a Thursday, so the best time for Bangkok is the weekend before: Fri 27 and Sat 28 November. Staying for the rest of festival season? Tomorrowland Thailand is the following weekend in the same area, and EDC Thailand the one after in Phuket.
