Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website mustachebangkok.com and the purchase of tickets, table reservations and table packages for events operated by Mustacheseven Co., Ltd., 2, 1 and 2/2 Decho Road, Suriya Wong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), under the names Mustache Bangkok and Mustache Takeover. By completing a purchase or entering an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the House Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. Tickets and Prices

1. All prices are stated in Thai Baht. Any applicable VAT or payment processing fee is displayed before payment is completed. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
2. Pre-sale, Early Bird and release prices are valid until the allocated quantity is sold or the stated deadline has passed. The door price applies on the night of the event, subject to availability.
3. Where a ticket includes a drink, the drink is limited to one (1) beverage from the designated ticket menu, redeemable before midnight on the night of the event.
4. Tickets are issued electronically by email after payment and contain a unique QR code. Each QR code is valid for a single entry and is scanned once.

2. Refunds, Transfers and Date Changes

1. Tickets, table reservations and table packages are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled by the Company.
2. A ticket may be transferred to another person by forwarding the ticket email. The person presenting the ticket must meet all entry requirements.
3. If you are unable to attend, you may request that your booking be moved to another event date. The request must be made before the start of the original event and is subject to availability and to the approval of the Company. A booking may be moved once.
4. Changes to the line-up, set times or programme do not entitle the holder to a refund.
5. If the Company cancels an event, ticket holders may choose a full refund or a transfer to another event date.

3. Entry Requirements

1. All events are restricted to persons aged twenty (20) years or older.
2. A valid, physical, government-issued photo identification document must be presented at the entrance. Entry will be refused without valid identification.
3. The Company and its door staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for reasons of age, identification, dress code, conduct or safety, in accordance with the House Rules. Refusal of entry on these grounds does not entitle the holder to a refund.
4. A ticket grants one (1) entry on the stated date. Re-entry is permitted with a valid stamp.

4. Tables and Table Packages

1. A standard table reservation constitutes prepaid bar credit for the booked night: High Table 5,000 THB, VIP Sofa 10,000 THB and VVIP Sofa 25,000 THB, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
2. Bar credit is redeemable at the bar only and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Unused credit remains valid on any regular opening night for one (1) month for a High Table, three (3) months for a VIP Sofa and six (6) months for a VVIP Sofa, from the date of booking.
3. Unpaid reservations made by WhatsApp are released at 23:00 if the guests have not arrived.
4. Table packages for special events include the items stated on the event or package page, including entrance tickets where specified, and are valid only for the stated date and venue. Package contents are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PromptPay. The Company does not receive or store full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the processing time of the relevant bank or card issuer.

6. Photography and Video

Events may be photographed and recorded. By entering an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such material by the Company on its website, social media channels and promotional materials. Requests for removal of an image may be made in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, video, logos and artwork, is the property of the Company or its partners and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

8. Event Information

Event details may change without prior notice. The information published on the event page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Attendance at events is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim relating to a ticket, reservation or package is limited to the amount paid for it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with the date of the latest revision.
