Terms of Service

This site, mustachebangkok.com, and the events on it are run by Mustacheseven Co., Ltd. (“Mustache”, “we”). Buying a ticket or a table here means you agree to these terms and to the House Rules. Short version: prices are final, tickets can be passed to a friend but not refunded, bring real ID.
Tickets
- Prices are in Thai Baht. Where VAT or a processing fee applies, it is shown before you pay. The amount on the pay button is the amount you pay.
- Your ticket is emailed after payment as a PDF with a QR code. Check the spam folder. Show the QR on your phone at the door; each QR is scanned once.
- Pre-sale and Early Bird prices are valid until sold out or until the stated deadline. Door price applies on the night if tickets are left.
- Where a ticket includes a drink, it is one drink from the ticket menu before midnight, on the night of the event.
- Tickets are non-refundable. They are transferable: forward the ticket email to whoever is coming instead of you.
- Line-ups and set times can change. A changed line-up does not entitle you to a refund. If we cancel an event, you get a full refund or a transfer to another night, your choice.
Entry
- All events are 20+. A physical government-issued ID is required. No ID, no entry, no refund.
- Dress code and door policy are in the House Rules. Door staff have the final say. Refusal at the door for ID, dress code or behaviour does not entitle you to a refund.
- A ticket is for one entry on the stated date. Re-entry with a stamp.
Tables
- A table reservation is a prepaid bar credit for the night you booked: High Table 5,000 THB, VIP Sofa 10,000 THB, VVIP Sofa 25,000 THB, unless a special event states otherwise.
- Credit is redeemable at the bar, not refundable, not exchangeable for cash. Unused credit stays valid on any open night: 1 month for a High Table, 3 months for a VIP Sofa, 6 months for a VVIP Sofa, counted from the booking date.
- Free WhatsApp holds are released at 23:00 if you have not arrived.
- Tables for special events (for example Daft Funk Live) have their own prices and conditions, shown on the event page.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PromptPay QR. We never see your full card number. With PromptPay, your bank app shows “Stripe Payments” as the recipient; that is normal, the money settles with Mustache. Refunds we agree to go back to the payment method you used, within the time your bank or card issuer takes.
Photos and video
We shoot photos and video at our events for the website, social media and ads. By entering you agree you may appear in them. If you want a photo of you taken down, message us with a link and we will remove it.
Website
Content on this site (text, photos, video, logos, flyers) belongs to Mustache or its partners and may not be reused without written permission. Event details can change without notice; the event page at the time of purchase is what counts. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from here. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
You come to a nightclub at your own risk. Look after your belongings; found items are kept at the bar and can be collected on request. Our liability for any claim related to a ticket or table is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Thai law says otherwise.
